What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Referrals: Get 25% discount off one monthly invoice, if you become a client and send a referral. Pricing depends on size of business, number of transactions, payroll (size of employees and/or contractor), any additional tasks needing to be done, I take those into consideration of a monthly flat rate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Asking the appropriate questions, from A-Z. Getting to know the client's business as well as them, to understand exactly what the client goals are.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

9+ years of experience in accounting. Worked in many different industries, throughout my years. Specialize in QBO. Certificate-Bookkeeper (located in pictures) Loan Signing Certificate (located in pictures)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Back in 2009, I got hired at a manufacturing company, where I started in Customer Service. After about a year, the accounting department needed some help, and from there- I just kept growing and learning as the years went by. Now, I am a proud owner of my own firm. Also, I have been a notary for about 3+ years now. My commission expires. 1/11/25.

Every scope of my work, I enjoy! Having satisfied clients, is what I am all about. Being reliable, communicative, and trustworthy, are my three keys. If there is a timeline, work is always completed in a timely manner.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Trust your instincts. If you feel comfortable with the other person, take that leap to be successful and grow.
