What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is very simple, it is established based on a case by case situation. Initial consultation are FREE! We offer discounts to Non-Profit Organizations, Start-Ups, and Chamber of Commerce members. Please call us or schedule an appointment for all your business and personal financial needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

There is an initial consult, which is free for all potential clients. This is where we review the situation, and where we come up with a course of action catered to your needs. Initial consults are preferred in-person, however, phone and video consultations are available for scheduling.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We've been in business since 2017, and have over 15 years of experience in tax and accounting. Our team has worked at H&R Block and some of the top accounting companies in the nation. Our team is certified in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Lacerte, and more.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with numerous companies; including several Start-Ups, Mom&Pop shops, E-Commerce businesses, Non-Profits, schools and multi-million dollar companies. We've also worked with individuals for tax-planning and tax return preparation for individuals with foreign income and foreign residence.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

In the end, you need someone who you can trust to complete your financial needs with efficiency, clarity, and professionalism. Don't just go for the first professional you meet with, or the one with the cheapest quote.
