What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We grow when you grow! Our pricing is based on the level of detail needed in your bookkeeping and the amount of monthly expenses you have. We also offer occasional discounts for customers who sign up with us for 12 months!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We want to understand what information you're looking to get out of your books and then structure the processes and business insights around those goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our accounting staff is credentialed either as an Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My business partner and I worked with small business owners with IRS issues for over 10 years. Every single client that we worked with had bad bookkeeping and was losing out on money from either better tax strategy or expense management. We decided to start LedgerFi to help all the other business owners out there looking to meet their business goals!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with a wide variety of clients that create the every day economy in the US. We bring Wall Street level insights to Main Street!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We worked with a client that was bringing in $1m per year but robbing Peter to pay Paul and making it month to month. We evaluated their expenses, looked for opportunities for growth, and was able to get the business owner a bigger paycheck!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Really evaluate whether they can diagnose where your books are at currently and what the roadmap would be in the future with working with them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is this person or company going to be in your corner when you have questions about running your business. We're looking to be your financial partner for now to forever!
