What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not require a retainer or have any monthly minimums. All of our work is done hourly and our rates range from $75-$175 /hr depending on the work done. (The majority of our work is done at $75-$100/hr).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We want to get to know you! It is paramount that we understand your Business, your goals, and your challenges. That allows us to make the best recommendations for you, (and your budget).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has varied degrees in the Business/Financial Sector, Diamond, Certified Pro Advisor, and we also partner with a couple of CPA's for a true One-stop-shop!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a small business owner myself, and come from a family of the same! I started reconciling my Mother's checkbook when I was 12 (yes, back when it was a book in the back of the paper checkbook), and never stopped! (And yes, I still do my Mom's books to this day).

What types of customers have you worked with?

Almost every Business Type you can think of! We have had the fortune of being allowed to work with a large variety of clients which has allowed us to understand the ever-changing needs of lots of different industries!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love to help small businesses clean up their books and give them the clarity they truly need to operate successfully!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone that understands your needs, and makes themselves available. Nothing worse then waiting days for a response from your accountant, when you have major decisions or needs immediately!
