I genuinely love bookkeeping! I offer comprehensive bookkeeping services, including clean-up projects, financial statements, audit preparation, A/R and A/P, payroll, budgeting, and full creation of new systems. No project is too big or small. I'm QuickBooks certified and have been bookkeeping for over five years. I can even provide a discount on your QuickBooks Online subscriptions. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing depends on your business. We will review the extent of the services you require and the complexity of accounts and agree upon a rate before payment would be expected.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will have one or two initial consultations (free) to get to know each other and make a plan for your goals. We will discuss all aspects of your business and how you currently have your books set up. We will schedule ongoing meetings for progress and communication check ups.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an Intuit Certified Bookkeeper and am continuously taking courses through their ProAdvisor platform. I have also completed two levels of bookkeeping educational courses through BsnsAtlas. I regularly attend industry webinars to stay on top of improvements in technology and software.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My first job was working for the family business. We had an extremely complex custom Excel system to track the cash flow and financial statements. I loved working with the numbers, and went on to be an in-house bookkeeper and office administrator for another small business for four years. After working in other data related fields, I'm happy to be back to bookkeeping, as it's something I truly love and enjoy!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make a personal connection. Find someone who is invested in the success of your business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Know your goals! Where are you now, and what would you like to see in the future? What does this mean for your bookkeeping?
