What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is calculated based on average transactions per month, checking and credit card accounts, and if you need accounts payable and receivable services. Additional charges for payroll. Discounts are given for catchups and cleanups.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Customers will need a QuickBooks online subscription. If they do not already have one, I can set it up for you for an additional fee.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am QuickBooks Online Advanced and Payroll Certified. I have four years of experience in accounting, including some tax planning. My education includes a Master of Business Administration which included finance and accounting coursework; and I also became certified as a Project Management Professional.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always enjoyed bookkeeping and wanted to begin a business that I could do remotely. I additionally offer business coaching.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I am looking for new bookkeeping customers. My background is working at a large corporation performing accounting and cost analysis in the aerospace and energy industries.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Search for someone that has professional experience and the QuickBooks Online Advanced certification.

How much time are you currently spending on your bookkeeping? What is your average monthly transaction count? Will you need help with accounts payable or accounts receivable? Are you needing catchup or cleanup work done?
