Since we are working to develop our reputation, we are offering significant discounts to our hourly rates for regular service. Once a contract has started, we prefer to establish fixed terms. We will use the discounted rates in those calculations for any projects started on this platform.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, I like to start with a phone to gain an overview and understanding of the client's situation. After the initial call, I will then put together a plan of action and send a proposal, which you can sign electronically. This holds true for one-off projects and recurring work.
