What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer monthly package pricing that starts at $250 a month and goes up from there depending on the services needed. We can also customize packages based on your unique needs. Clean up work will be charged at least $40 an hour depending on how in depth the clean up is. A retainer fee will be required before clean up work is started. After initial hours of work is completed, an assessment of books will be placed to determine if more hours are needed to complete clean up work. As a new client, if you sign up for a monthly service, we will provide a discount for clean up work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At first, we like to schedule a discovery call with the client to discuss exactly what bookkeeping services they need for their business which provides both of us an idea if we would be a good fit for each other. If the client moves forward with our services, we will have them sign an engagement letter and bank draft authorization form for monthly or one-time payments. From there, we will email the client a link to our onboarding portal so they can provide necessary documents and information so we can start providing them with bookkeeping services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Hands on experience for the past few years. QuickBooks Certified Proadvisor. Online bookkeeping training course provided by reputable and well established CPA. Great partnerships with dedicated team of other bookkeepers and accountants.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Once I became a stay at home mom, I started managing my husband's books for his own business. After seeing how much stress this took off of his shoulders every year and allowing tax filing to be very easy and efficient, I realized I need to help other small business owners do the same. Nothing is more important than dedicating more time to grow your business and spending more time with your family.
