Each service price is different..depends on what I have to do but I’m fairly competitive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically I find out what the client’s needs are during our free consultation. If the client doesn’t have the documentation I need I will call the IRS or the State so I can establish what their filing needs are.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a licensed Real Estate Broker license number Bk3273568. I’m also REO and BPO Certified

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’m an Accountant (Andrea Lawrence Tax Accountant, Inc) as well as a Real Estate Broker and I added real estate to my portfolio as both professions are closely related and I realized that accounting would make me more efficient at my job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with single member LLCs (sole proprietors), S-Corps, C-Corps and Not for Profit organizations, providing bookkeeping and tax preparation services. In addition, we file sales tax reports and resolve tax warrant issues with the state. We also provide payroll services which include resolution of payroll issues with the state and IRS.
