I am the owner of FYE Finance, an accountant/finance analyst working in corporate America with over 17 years of experience. At FYE Finance we pride ourselves on being more than your accountant/bookkeeper, we want to be your business partner. Our goal is to assist our clients in creating a successful plan to establish a sustainable business. To that end we have created partnerships with other businesses to help our clients create virtual back offices (minimizing overhead). What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is competitive, however we never compromise the quality we extend to each and every client. We do offer a la carte pricing and bundle pricing for our services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typical suggest meeting via Zoom, Skype or phone to better understand your needs and goals. Once the initial consultation is completed we can you email of the options you can take advantage of as a client of FYE Finance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our owner has a MBA in Finance and is a certified Green Belt in Six Sigma. We have experience specific areas such as payroll accounting, GL accounting, business license procurement and business budgeting and more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our owner begin their journey as an accountant working for a small construction company as a bookkeeper/office manager. We she was able to develop skills like project management, payroll accounting, business license procurement and etc.

What types of customers have you worked with?

At FYE Finance we have worked with small business owners of technology, automotive repair, construction companies as well as individuals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our most recent project was assisting one of our clients with getting caught up with his taxes. We were able to get him filed for both state and federal under the agreed upon time restraints and with a greater return than initially estimated.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

As a customer it is important for you to be honest and open with your accounting professional. Let them know your goals and expectations up front and never compromise quality over price.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If a customer is looking for a specific service, they should ask that professional if they have experience in offering that service and how comfortable they feel with performing the service. Customers should also have a realistic budget in mine for the services they are seeking, this will help both the professional and customer in the long run.
