I charge a flat monthly fee based on the size of your business and how much support you need—not hourly. This keeps things simple and helps you plan without surprises. I believe in fair, transparent pricing, and I always take time to explain what’s included. 💝 New clients receive 1 month of free bookkeeping as a welcome gift and a stress-free way to get started.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We’ll start with a quick chat (free of charge!) to get to know each other and talk about your business needs. From there, I’ll either set up or clean up your QuickBooks, organize your records, and give you a clear plan going forward. You’ll always know where we’re at and what’s next.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and I’ve taken specialized training in cloud bookkeeping. But more than that, I’ve been a small business owner myself for over 20 years—so I know how important it is to have someone dependable handling your numbers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It started with keeping books for my own businesses. Over time, I realized I really enjoyed it—especially helping other business owners feel more in control of their finances. That’s what inspired me to launch AAG Wise Bookkeeping.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my favorite projects was helping a contractor get caught up after months of paperwork piling up. We worked together for a few weeks, and by the end he was fully reconciled, cleaned up, and had financial reports he could actually understand. He told me it was the first time he felt relaxed about money in his business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Choose someone who listens to you, not just someone who crunches numbers. A good bookkeeper should make your life easier, not more confusing. You want someone who’s organized, honest, and can explain things in a way that makes sense to you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about where you’re getting stuck—are your books messy? Are you always behind on paperwork? Do you need help every month, or just to get caught up? Knowing what you want help with makes it easier for us to create a plan that works for you.
