What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are fair but professionally priced, as we offer very knowledgable services with those with the most difficult situations. Our fees start at 500.00 for personal returns, but we generally charge hourly for our professional services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We ascertain the clients needs, by professionally analyzing their situation and identifying the issues, and organizing them in order of priority. We address the clients concerns, and apply experienced skills in addressing their issues and solving their issues.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Loyola University of Chicago – Bachelor in Business Administration Emphasis in Public Accounting- extended curriculum DePaul University – Master of Science in Taxation Coursework Many additional licenses and experience, with a CFF and FCPA in forensic accounting, experience in construction, real estate and development, and self employment issues.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been working in the profession since 1982, and building a practice since then. I have strong skills in working with numbers, and an ability to envision the clients situation and project to them a big picture application.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Individuals, C corporations, S corporations, Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), partnerships and proprietorships, as well as non-profit organizations, condo associations and real estate related entities, out of state businesses and individuals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I handle more complicated jobs. I have straightened out many years of businesses unfiled returns, set up real estate acquisitions, and given tax advice to high income individuals.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Generally I do not handle easier clients. If someone just has a simple situation, I am not a good match. I deal with challenging, complex jobs, both in terms of activity and difficulty. As long as a client is cooperative and recognize and appreciate professional services, we will work very hard and solve your problems.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A new customer should ascertain what type of accountant they are seeking. Simple projects can be handled by chain tax firms. Experienced CPA's should be used when situations are more involved, complicated, or tedious. Contact us if you have a challenging situation- I have a long history and hundreds of satisfied clients.
