All pricing is set at a monthly amount and is unique to every client determined by a thorough exam of the specific needs required and requested.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once an agreement is signed, the necessary information is collected to get started on the work. Open communication is a must as things always come up that need to be sorted through.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a bookkeeper for over 15 years, and I am part of several accounting groups that offer an unlimited supply of resources at my disposal to handle any situation that arises.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My business started with the bookkeeping I was doing for my husband's electrical business and our farming. My love of numbers had me branching out to also help with the bookkeeping of several local businesses and farmers in my area.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with a variety of business owners and industries. Farming and Equestrian businesses are my passion, but I also help Insurance Agents, Retail Stores, Tradesmen, and many more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, a client came to me because he lost his top sales associate. This caused quite a disruption in the job roles of the other employees. The client needed someone who could step in quickly and take over the bookkeeping and payroll. Within a short couple of weeks we had everything switched over. Several mistakes were caught in their previous bookkeeping practices that were corrected, and their manual payroll processes were automated for better efficiency and precision.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Select the individuals that communicate well, take time to listen to your needs, and show a genuine caring toward you and your business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What exactly do you need help with? What is the struggle and why is it such a problem? What does the situation look like when it is being handled efficiently and effectively?
