What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I prefer to charge a monthly fee if the assignment calls for regular monthly service (bank reconciliations, financial reports, payroll, etc.). However, I do offer hourly rates when appropriate. Also, I am much less expensive hourly and monthly than most large accounting firms and pretty much every CPA firm.
