Introduction

My goal is to get maximum refund and minimum tax liability for my clients. I will spend time to understand your tax situation and make sure you get the best result possible. I obtained my knowledge by working as a contractor for the IRS for 6 years, I finally decided to apply my knowledge and go into business for myself. I am an authorized IRS e-file provider with Masters degree in Business Administration.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
The prices are usually determined by the complexity of the return. I do offer $25 off if hired before Feb 15th of the tax year.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to have a consultation session with the client over the phone first to understand their tax situation. Then the tax documentation is either sent electronically or dropped off. Once the tax return is complete, I send it for review electronically to my clients. The clients have option of signing electronically or in person. I e-file the returns unless the client insists on sending in a paper return.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have Masters of Business Administration degree , and take 15 to 18 units of IRS continuing education credits for tax prepares every year.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Individual taxpayers and small businesses are my most common clients. I specialize in returns with rental properties, stocks and bonds.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The client should think about everything they need to report on a tax return from income (W-2s, 1099s, interest income, dividends, etc) to all possible deductions such as mortgage interest, property tax, child care expenses, energy savings, health expenses, etc. If the client is self employed or small business owner, try to collect all receipts and expenses before calling a tax preparer.
