What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Income Tax prices will depend on the forms involved. Simple efiled returns begin @$200, federal and state included and go up from there and the fees can be auto deducted from your refund, if you choose. Discounts are available for students and seniors and referrals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Remotely - send data thru email, mail, scan, fax, phone, portal, etc. Will contact once return is complete. For bookkeeping work, we offer remote access login if applicable to be able to work offsite.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education credits each year to in order to stay current on tax laws with the IRS. Owner is a Certified Payroll Professional thru the American payroll Association.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing the books for my mother's business as a teenager in school. I enjoyed that so well that I continued on and took both H & R Block's and Jackson Hewitt's tax courses, and worked for each of them for a tax season. I have been doing taxes for family and friends ever since and decided to expand the business.
