What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My onboarding process normally involves setting up a QuickBooks account, reconciling prior periods as needed, and setting up processes to allow me to complete the monthly reconciliation independently to save my customers time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working in the accounting field after receiving my Bachelor's degree in 2011. Currently I am an active Certified Management Accountant.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been an analytical person so working with numbers was an obvious choice. After taking some business classes in college I was excited about accounting and decided to pursue it as a career.
