I've been in Accounting for 10+yrs, through those years I've specialized in Payroll and Bookkeeping. I've worked with very diverse clients from all different fields from Solar, Construction, Law Firms, Non-Profits, etc. I offer Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping and Audit Support Services. I'm passionate about teaching small business owners how to better understand their own financial statements . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our Pricing is based on the need of the customer and the services they require. For Tax Preparation we use fixed rates, and for Bookkeeping or Training we use monthly rates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You may call or email us to schedule an introductory meeting for bookkeeping, where we discuss your financial needs and what we can assist you with. After the introductory meeting we send estimates based on your needs and proceed only once the client has approved.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and Certified Bookkeeper. Numera LLC also has many Tax Preparers and IRS Enrolled Agents.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as an Accounting Clerk for a staffing agency many years ago and worked my way up.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with clients of all shapes and sizes from Small Businesses to Large Corporations ranging from all different kinds of industries such as Construction, Non-profits, law firms, E-Commerce, YouTubers, Solar, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I worked with a client who needed to cleanup their books because they were going to close down the business after 25 years. However after cleaning up their books I was able to find some overpayments to government agencies and other financial mismanagements. I was able to recover large sums of money that the owners had assumed lost which earned them enough cash flow to keep the business running and thrive. They are still one of my favorite clients and are about to celebrate their 29th year in business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice? Disclose everything. If you are honest with your providers about everything before they sign up for the work there wont be any surprises in pricing or in filings.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

This is a bit too broad of a question. Ask whatever you'd like to know!
