What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our initial consultation is free!! Our fees are very reasonable for the services provided. We will quote you a flat fee or an hourly fee whenever possible. Tax returns prices are based on the complexity of the return. Every Tax return is different hence their prices too vary. Tax resolution fees are based on the amount of work involved to negotiate with the IRS. Bookkeeping fees are based on an hourly rate. Tax Planning and business consulting services are quoted on an hourly basis.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For new customers we typically have a consultation to determine the scope of the project and the time line for completion to set clear expectations. Once this is established work begins and communication happens as necessary to complete the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a licensed CPA with New Jersey State. Every year we take various professional CPE courses so that we can stay up to date with the latest laws and provide the best service to our clients

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been working in this field for the last 8 years, but started my company last year . Most people find finances and money confusing - but we make sense of it all for our clients and save them money in the process.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with : Individulas ( small to High Income brackets) Partnerships ( including single member LLC) Corporations Small Business - Accounting Bookeeping for various small to medium business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I suggest that a customer should hire someone that has experience and that they feel comfortable working with. You have to trust them and believe that they will not do anything to break that trust.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Before you talk to a professional, you should be clear on what area(s) you need help with. If the professional is able to fully understand your needs then you will get a more accurate price for your project.
