What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Consultations are free. I charge per form on the Tax End of things. For Bookkeeping I don't like to charge Hourly, so on the opening consultation I evaluate the work involved and work based on that for a flat fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to chat with a client and set up a time to meet. From there we discuss their basic needs and agree on a price. From there I tell them what I need from them, we begin the work. This is done with Taxes, Bookkeeping, Financial Services, Payroll.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduate from Robert Morris University in 2009 in Accounting Certified Bookkeeper from Universal Accounting

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Accounting was something that has always came naturally to me. No better than watching a client grow in their career or business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Any one looking to grow, save money on their taxes, willing to educate themselves.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone willing to explain your tax situation to you. If they can't do it then find someone who can. Just because they have a CPA license doesn't make them a Tax Expert.

How long have you been in business? What is your experience with (situation)? Plans for the future?
