I have package pricing tailored to your business needs so there are never any surprises.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process is to have a discovery call to learn about your business and any business goals you have. I will then review your file to give you a roadmap for work with a proposal. I will then do any catch up or clean up and get started with your books.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 20 years of accounting experience and a certification from the Universal Accounting School. I am QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certified and I have being a bookkeeper for over 10 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been a number person it came easy to me and I loved it. So working in accounting was where I also found myself. I was also a business owner for a small sandwich shop and that is why I found my passion to help other small business owners. I founded my bookkeeping service business in 2022 to support business owners to thrive with their businesses.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many different industries from restaurants, pharmacies and service-based businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My specialty is clean up I love the challenge and it is like a big puzzle to solve. I have done many of them it takes different times depending the size of the company and how much of the accounting file needs to be updated and corrected.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My biggest advice is to find someone who will support you, answer questions, and give you the month-end reports and explain them. I see many bookkeepers who do not give their clients the reports at the end of the month.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

To know what they would like help with and to explain the goals they have in their business.
