What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process starts with an initial discovery meeting to learn more about the client's business, issues to solve, and critical deadlines and to determine if my accounting services are a fit for both of us. If we move forward, the diagnostic phase begins with a review of the client's financials in order to scope the future work and allow them to choose the appropriate tier of services for their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a Certified Public Accountant in Texas, and have my MBA.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I studied Accounting at the university, and have worked in accounting and finance for the past 30+ years.

I've worked with small, medium, and large businesses over the course of my career across a variety of industries.
