What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price our services as value-based billing instead of hourly rates or per tax form rates. You will know exactly what you will be paying for before we even get started. There are no surprise invoices after the service/project is complete.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I offer a free phone consultation to get to know the client's needs and wants. After the consultation I will send them a proposal for the services they are needing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my Masters in Accounting and my CPA. I take at least 40 hours of continuing education courses every year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I took an accounting elective in high school. Then when I went to college during my Sophomore year I decided to take accounting courses and see if I still enjoyed it. I loved my classes and decided to get an internship during college and right after college.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds. I've worked with individuals and businesses ranging from someone as simple as having just a W-2 position to individuals running multi-million dollar companies.
