Introduction

I have been in business in Alamogordo, NM for over 23 years providing accounting and payroll and year end tax preparation for individuals, sole proprietors, corporations, s-corporations and partnerships. My service area is all of the 50 states. We work remotely exclusively using a secure, encrypted internet portal so that we can upload information to each other. If necessary, we can talk to each other on ZOOM. All my tax preparers have been issued Tax Preparer Identification Numbers by the Internal Revenue Service and have a wide range of experience in tax matters. My staff and I attend yearly continuing education classes and webinars to keep abreast of tax law changes. Accuracy and security of your data is of utmost importance and we have taken the necessary steps to protect your data by utilizing secure portals to receive and transmit your data. We are available all year for consultation, not just during tax season. If we make an error, we will amend your return free of charge. And of course, we carry errors and omissions insurance to further protect you.
