I offer hourly rates as well as a monthly flat rate which is based off of the volume of your monthly activity .

Next Steps : 1. Schedule a phone call 2. Put together a checklist of items needed in order for me to get started on your bookkeeping project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and my Concentration was Accounting. I am also a Certfied Bookkeeper with the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB). I also have over 10+ years of experience in the Accounting field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Special requests from colleagues, friends, and others to assist with their bookkeeping.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Moving Companies, Realotrs , Educators, Real Estate Investors, Equestrian, Retailers, Manufacturing, Logistics.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was tasked with helping a client find the best way to organize his books so that he could keep up with the progress on each of his projects. He is very detailed oriented and I was able to setup his chart of accounts in a way that would present the information straightforward.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the bookkeper is responsive, organized and capable of working with you to produce the results that you expect.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What accounting software would you like to use? What tasks would like for your bookkeeper to perform? How often would you like to communicate with your bookkeper?
