What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer several different service level options to meet your needs! Prices will vary. After we discuss your requirements, I will charge a flat monthly rate so you know what to anticipate each month.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is providing you with a simple questionnaire. Having you fill that out will help me get to know you, your business, and your current needs. I will then send you a customized quote along with a bookkeeping agreement. The next step would be on-boarding. I make the process painless and efficient. I'll send you a checklist letting you know the items I'll need to get started and provide you access to an online portal where we can share financial statements and documents.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold an Accounting Degree and have been licensed in Public Bookkeeping by the National Association of Public Bookkeepers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started my bookkeeping practice after graduating with my Accounting degree and moving to Austin, TX from Minnesota. I found there were so many small business owners and independent professional that would benefit from my bookkeeping services. I wanted to not only help them succeed, but also help give them peace of mind knowing their books were complete and accurate.
