What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our general rate is $150 an hour. However, pricing is almost always different and is on a case by case basis. Pricing has variables that include complexities of the tax returns, volume of transaction for a bookkeeping engagement, task at hand, material cost, time, and expertise.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically schedule a 10 to 15 minutes initial consultation. The consultation is free. During the consultation we strive to provide as much information as possible regarding the customers particular accounting or tax issue, our services, and the client options.

Masters in Taxation - MST. Certified Public Accountant - CPA. Certified Internal Auditor - CIA. Certified Management Accountant - CMA. Chartered Professional Accountant-CPA, Canada B.Comm with major in Accountancy.
