What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Bookkeeping Services: $299/month and up. Whole year discount 10%. Payroll Services: $85 per month + plus $8.5 per employee. Individual Tax Preparation (1040s): Starting $295 filing single with one W2, then adding additional fees for each schedule and filing status. Book Summarizing fee is a separated charge. Business returns (1065, 1120s, 1120, etc. ) starting from $595 and up.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We listen and understand the business through intitial consultation, then send client the proposal. After client approves the proposal, they will send us the paperwork and we can start working on the client's file.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Enrolled Agent license in 2013. Bachelor Degree in Accounting in 2012. Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certificates in 2013 for online and 2020 for desktop.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Customers provides me with paperwork like bank statements, receipts, checkbooks, etc. Then I will set them up in my accounting software. Sometimes customers choose to pay software fees directly to providers or they already use another software then they let me access to their software and I manage them remotely. I will record transactions, perform reconciliation, prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly, or yearly. For taxes, they need to provide me prior year tax returns and other tax documents.

I worked with real estate businesses, landscaping, construction, management, and publication businesses and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I successfully fixed the book of a company named Oikos Roofing and it’s my customer now. Of course I did for many other companies as well. You come to the right hand.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customers need to look for their experience in accounting, their degrees, and their certifications.

Customers need to do research about their experience and credentials before hiring them.
