The first 5 hours of responding to an IRS audit is included for free to any of our Outsourced Accounting clients, ask us for a personalized proposal for year-around accounting support.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have a discovery call to review where you're at today and where you'd like to be in the future. Our team will review the status of your bookkeeping, payroll setup, business compliance and prior tax history to come up with a custom personalize proposal. This is a Free consulting service we offer new clients. Our proposal will include the steps required to clean up and standardize your accounting process so that you're ready to join our on-going support services. Regular meetings and constant communication through our client portal app allows us to maintain the best practices we have setup. Saving you time and money.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Masters of Accounting from the University of Washington, over two decades of accounting, finance and small business operating experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Natural progression after graduating with my accounting degree and earning my CPA license.

Small and Medium Sized Business Owners, privately-help businesses and real estate developers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Cleaned up a year's worth of transaction history for a small manufacturing business, enabled them to raise capital from investors and fund their growth.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure the provider has the necessary certifications, such as CPA, and relevant experience. CPAverify is a free service provided by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) that allows the public to verify the license status of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Trust your instincts. You should feel comfortable and confident in their ability to manage your finances.

In addition, you also have scheduled quarterly or monthly check-in calls just to make sure we're staying aligned on your financial plan and goals.
