What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge based on the services needed and the length of time you think you may need me. My pricing varies based on project and customer needs. My starting rate is $45 an hour for Virtual Assistance. The bookkeeping rate is a monthly rate based on customer needs and budget!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will set up a phone conversation to get more details on what your needs are and we will discuss how to move forward if we are a good match.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am working on a business degree at the moment. I have taken classes in business management, marketing, Microsoft products, and writing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

For 8 years I worked as an administrative assistant in a nonprofit business; managing bookkeeping, organizing files, designing flyers and creating programs for kid's classes were some of my key responsibilities. Additionally, I was responsible for running a youth program for international students; recruiting staff and families, preparing activities, helping with travel plans, and taking students on field trips around Seattle are just a few things I did during my 6 year stint as a youth program coordinator.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am fond of the successful homestay programs I ran. Those projects take about 6 months.
