Our standard pricing is based on your volume of work can range from $45.00 for basic to $75.00 for more complex accounting. Our rates are lower for remote access.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer a free one hour consultation with you to understand your accounting or bookkeeping needs. Usually we look at the how the books look at the present moment and give you our recommendations with our insight to what we reviewed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Each accountant or full charge bookkeeper has an accounting or associates in accounting.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I personally fell into the accounting field after working as an administrative assistant preforming basic bookkeeping duties - decided to go back to school to get an accounting degree.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked for contractor's, restaurants, online retail, non-profits, publicly traded companies, small coffee carts, distributors, gas station, painter, landscape, payment processing and collections.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Converting to QuickBooks from other software programs; I've personally converted many software programs to QuickBooks; each conversation took from one week to a month depending on the what type of business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking to hire an accountant or bookkeeper our advise would be to make sure they have the experience that your require; most importantly check their references; like anything else experience with good references is the key to choosing the right person that can help out at various stages during the growth of your business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should always think about how long it takes to do their accounting and ask questions that pertain to their business needs; example inventory, financial statements, point of sale, amount of bills per month, invoicing. etc.
