I do not discount my pricing except for active students, senior citizens and veterans. I am very transparent with pricing with my customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After a phone discussion I provide an email spelling out my work and pricing and an invoice that is updated during the work phase.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a BSIT and am working on my Masters in Cyber. I work in cybersecurity and I handle data recovery on a regular basis. I have eight years behind me experience in Forensics including mobile forensics and I am a Master Cell Phone Technician.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Saving memories for a customer even if it took a long time to repair the images and videos. Repairing of corrupt videos, reviving an old cell phone out of warranty.
