I try to keep pricing low and competitive. - I offer discounts on pre paid blocks of hours. - willing to quote jobs flat rate - 2 hour Minimum I know i'm not the cheapest , but I am the Best :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

new customers are always welcome I am happy to listen and ensure I understand the issue. we can also create a ticket for your issue to track status to resolution!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 20 years experience and an associates degree. for Computer Network Systems

I got into this work as a teenager repairing circuit boards on the component level

if you don't feel comfortable , don't do it. anytime there is doubt or second guess, follow your instinct !

do they understand what you want and are willing to meet your expectations.? do they ask clarifying questions and pay attention to the details wanted ?
