Yes, all of our prices are listed on our website. For any work that does not fall into one of our set pricing structures, we charge $89/hr.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have a phone interview with our customers and determine what services they need. We then set up a new account for our clients and send a qualified tech to their home or office to work on their PC or Network.

We have a wide range of customers from home users all the way up to large resorts in Scottsdale. We have specialists in every area and can provide you with the right tech for the job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently upgraded all the computers in a Scottsdale resort to Windows 10 and upgraded their server, networking equipment in order to function much quicker. Their staff loved the work and said their system including the managed wireless network was working very well and they were extremely happy with the job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you are hiring a professional. There are a lot of "weekend" techs that don't do this full time and are just looking to make a quick buck. Their prices may be lower but they are not licensed and will not be a long time trusted IT partner for you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Knowing what they want to accomplish from a computer or system and what their budget would be are a couple of good things to know before talking to us. We will provide the how and what is available in the latest tech world within the budget you provide.
