What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We thrive on ensuring transparency and communication with our customers to ensure that we provide the best customer service. This may include asking for how you prefer to be contacted, asking additional questions to ensure we can tailor exactly to your needs, and if you have any budget needs. Whether you need to complete a large infrastructure installation or just need a simple printer repair at home, Prestwood IT loves to provide the best care! We ensure to work with you directly to explain how we intend to complete your request up to and including providing a free quote as well as stay in contact during the repair in case of any changes in the scope of work needing to be performed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Techs - All of our current Systems Engineers have either graduated from a fully accredited undergraduate computer science program or are in their senior year of a undergraduate computer science-related degree. Most of our Engineers carry modern IT field professional certifications up to and including: - CompTIA professional certifications for A+, Network+, Security+, and more! - Google professional certifications - Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, etc) - AWS Certifications - Cisco Certifications - Compliance related Certifications (HIPAA, etc) We also have a team which specializes in Web design and Backend development, graphic design, logos, marketing, and more!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Prestwood IT Solutions has helping customers and clients with their computer problems since 1984. As the industry grew, so did our repertoire.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are able to handle any job between the simple computer fixes for grandma up to professional-level network repair.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently a customer reached out to us after their small business was facing a security breach that had already cost them over $30,000 in damages! We were able to not only recover their systems from a hacker, we were able to provide enough evidence collection for law enforcement to later arrest the individual within hours of the customer authorizing our work.
