We typically charge a minimum onsite fee which includes the first hour of service. Extra hours are billed at a reduced rate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide onsite service, if the customer is looking for ongoing support, I would start with an evaluation of their current IT environment and provide solutions to meet their IT goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A+ tech certified and have service authorizations for HP, IBM, Compaq, Okidata, and Epson products. Novell and Microsoft network certifications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Took an IT job while in college and they sent me for service training for all major computer/printer brands. After college I continued to work for the same company, and they sent me for Novell and Microsoft Network training and certification.
