Here is a list of my rates: IT coaching: $96/hr Personal IT: $96/hr Business IT: $115/hr Travel: $65 Data Recovery Starting at $300. Hardware diagnostics and Repair: $200 + Parts PC Build: 12% of total component cost. Starting at $200. *

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always try get as much information as possible before performing the work. This minimizes wasting time. It's important for me to listen and understand issue before I can make a best effort to resolve it. I have a lot of repeat clients because a lot of IT is a team effort and, believe it or not, people want to understand why their technology isn't working for them. I love to educate clients on how to effectively and safely use their technology.

I have 21 years of IT experience in every aspect of computings. I've been a nerd my whole life :)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always loved technology. I started at a young age when my parents bought me and my brother our first computer. It was a Gateway running Windows 95!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with every type of customer from basic to advanced. My main clientele is over 65. I believe that the 65+ community is not catered towards in the Tech world, so I started this business to help them out! Also, I have the patience of a saint which comes in handy when you have to explain where the taskbar is for the hundredth time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get someone who has a track record of trust. Your personal data is important and you need someone who works with integrity. Someone who is transparent with pricing.
