I thoroughly research every available option and allow you to decide how you want to proceed with your repair. If it’s not cost-effective to fix, I’ll inform you, whether it’s removing a virus, changing an LCD screen, replacing a keyboard, battery, motherboard, or the entire case. If it’s broken, I can fix it! I take pride in being able to assist customers, helping them recover family photos or important documents from their non-working laptop or desktop. I can even revive their computer or electronic device so they can complete that crucial class paper or meet work deadlines.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introduce myself and ask a few questions about the problem, occasionally requesting photos. Then, I explain the process and associated costs, presenting options for how they may want to address it. Once a choice is made, I inform them that, upon receiving the necessary parts, I can complete the repair within 24 to 48 hours, typically less than 24 hours unless an unforeseen issue arises. Generally, I am prompt in my services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a computer servicing certificate from gateway community college and I'm now pursuing my comptia a+.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a range of customers, from the daily home user to local businesses. If I provide a quote for the job, I am confident that I can get it done without a doubt!
