We provide a written estimate for each project and guarantee it as long as the project scope stay the same.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We perform an evaluation of the business needs (network, protection & security and backups) and provide an estimate to provide these updates/upgrades to ensure smooth operation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 30 years of Experience in Access control, Wired and Wireless networks and Telephony services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always had a passion for technology and working with customers to implement the best solutions for their business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Condominium Associations, Lawyers, Dentists, Constructions, Real Estate and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Last project was an 18 cameras installation in a Flowers shop. We complete the job in two days, which include all the wiring, equipment setup and customer training.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the provider you are about to hire guarantee their work for 30 days and only use UL or ETL listed equipment and wires.

The customer should have the their project Scope and goals, budget and timeline ready to discuss with us so we can offer the right solutions.
