Onsite visits start at $60.00 minimum-$125/hour depending on the issue or if after hours or emergency support is required. Drop off pricing for RAM upgrades, basic cleanup, hard drive replacement, virus removal or operating system install/repairs range from $60 - $140 in most cases. Parts not included*** Discount pricing on Antivirus and Malware Security Protection and Microsoft Office Products, Antivirus installation, Carbonite, - $20 installation fee + cost of software package (numerous discount options available) For business contract support, individual support needs will be addressed after evaluation of support level needed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been working on computer since I was 5 years old. My primary job in the Navy was as an electronics technician and was an IT Administration onboard the USS West Virginia sub in Kings Bay, GA. After leaving the military, I attended college in Atlanta, GA getting my Assoc and Bachelor degrees in IT specializing in Networking and server administration including computer repair/troubleshooting. Upon graduation, I worked for multiple corporate IT companies in the Atlanta Area. About 4 years ago I returned to the St Simons Island / Brunswick and started offering local IT support. My business has grown primarily by word of mouth referrals and I have over 500 personal and professional clients in the area. I still do contract work in Atlanta and other locations and remote support anywhere in the U.S.

Clicking quickly on something 10 times will not help it go faster - you will only make it worse and take longer to process your request. Please be patient with your devices and tech. Sometime a simple restart helps.
