I repair both desktop and laptop computers on-site and off-site for a fair and competitive price. Some of my services include, but are not limited to, virus and malware removal, memory upgrades, hard drive replacements, new computer setup and much more. I am a certified PC repair technician, and I am A+ certified for CompTIA and Network+.

My general price per hour is 65 dollars.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Taking my time and explaining the process of what I am doing every step of the way also, training and teaching my clients so that they will have a more positive and successful experience with their technology.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my A + certification, PC Repair Technician certification and my Network + certification as well. I recently graduated from the College of DuPage with a Associate Degree in Computer Internetworking Technologies.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Becoming a victim of a dishonest repair person and paying a hefty price.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Personal, Small and Large business throughout Chicagoland, Hub Group, Chase Bank, UBS, NSS Exteriors, Fudakin Lighting, Starks Law Firm, Jones Funeral Home, etc.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that they are being honest with you, and not deceiving you for a quick buck.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much they would like to spend on repairs and is it worth fixing or replacing?
