yes - education is key to staying abreast of the latest, challenging technologies, through articles, networking, and buying to learn the new equipment.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had been providing expert solutions to users and management within corporate America both as an employee and consultant. The opportunity arose in 2001 to bring this business idea of "we make house calls" to the general public and small/medium sized businesses.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Poor overall system operations on both PCs and MACs; then spyware / malware / viruses, networking / wireless setups and maintenance.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Most of the services provided can NOT be learned in a school or classroom; it's the real world with real work which provides the best experiences. That coupled with a network of other professionals to share ideas and understand new technology.
