What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing for data recovery is based on a few pieces if information. 1. the storage capacity of the hard drive or drives. 2. what is exactly wrong with the drive? We will try to determine as much as possible over the phone so we can get you the most accurate quote possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial phone conversation to fully understand the situation. Not all data recovery processes are the same. 2nd, we perform a free diagnostic to make sure what we try and understand over the phone is truly the case. 3rd, we will email you an invoice and report outlining what needs to be done in terms of data recovery. Lastly, you the customer then decide if you want to proceed with the data recovery.

We are a veteran owned business and after separating from active duty Navy started in the data recovery business.

Local hospitals, public schools and universities, law enforcement (local, federal), U.S. military, gov't contractors, federal agencies.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Learn to ask the right questions. There are a lot of data recovery providers but only a small percentage are actually local to the Cincinnati area. Also, make sure you are not locked into a fee even if the data is not recoverable. This may not be something stated up front by certain businesses. Be sure to ask.
