Flat rate based on years of experience, most of the time starting at $75, and rarely by the hour.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Phone call, text the address, confirm appointment, meet client, work around pets, children, environment, parking, and guests. Usually resolve issues onsite in less then 4hours, on average 2hrs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Years of training hands on since 1999 working on neighbors' computers. Training as a Identity Theft risk management specialist. Worked over a year hands on with remote support agencies on troubleshooting tech related issues for several states for over a year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My uncle who works at Texas Instruments was my first mentor. Therafter I met a financial planner that set me on the path of starting my own business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In less then 90mins helped a client with her Mac, resolving all of her ongoing Apple ID, email, El Capitain upgrade related issues that over 4 hours at the Mac store could not resolve. She almost cried in happiness when in less then 20 minutes I helped her recover, change, and get back into her primary email account. :')

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not assume they know how to fix your issue. Assume nothing, make sure you take the time to detail your issue as much as possible.
