What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

PC/Laptop repair, PC Build, Printer Repair fee is $60/hr Business Network repair, Setup, Build and Maintenance is $85/hr Home Network repair, setup, build and Maintenance is $85/hr Web Design Fees range from $699.00 and up. Managed IT Services for Businesses range from $25/User and up depending on the items that are required to manage. We normally do not offer any discounts as our prices are very affordable in comparison

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set up new Customers on our System and service them personally at their homes or via remote connection. If we do a remote connection service, we require a credit card prior to starting the job. (Customers DO NOT get billed until job is completed - There is a hold done on the CC on an estimated price). We will discuss final pricing with the customer prior to charging their cards.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

25 Years of IT Solutions (Desktop and Network Administration, Cybersecurity, OS, Cloud services, Web Design and more). All of our techs possess the following certifications: Cisco A+ Certification Cisco Network+ Certification MCSE Certification MCSA Certification and CIS Bachelor Degrees

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been around computers since I was 7 yrs old. My father taught me how to build them when I was 7. Since then, I have been interested in all aspects of technology.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have all types of customers. Young and not so young. Customers with IT knowledge and some with no IT expertise. All of our customers are equally important. We strive to give all of our customers a fast and technology friendly experience.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There are so many. There is one project Commteck is working on. It is a Sim Game Racing project. We are in the budget approval process and we are excited about it. Commteck will be building High End Gaming Computers and a gaming Network for it. This project will probably take about 6 months to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

More expensive is not always the better solution. Commteck is one of the few IT Solutions Stores that care about our customer's pocket. Our Computer Repair fee is only 60/hr, our Network Solutions for home and Business is $85/hr. We do an exceptional job for those prices.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Can the job be done remotely? Some times techs will charge a bunch of money to drive to your home when it is not necessary. What is your experience? Believe it or not there are so many "IT" guys who say they have knowledge when they really don't.
