I charge flat rate consultation but since I am starting out I work with you on pricing and we find a price that works for both of us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I figure out their specific computer needs, then I put together a parts list, and finally I assemble the pc for the client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified in Word, Powerpoint, HTML, CSS, and Excel. I also have workplace readiness certifications and I have worked with the Roanoke city department of technology.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Built my first gaming pc at 13.

I recently built a gaming computer for a client it took 2 weeks to assemble.

Be careful who you talk to, a lot of people can take advantage of you very easily, so be sure to do your research.

What they want to use the computer for? How long do they want the pc to be up to date? What is their budget?
