What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer many of our consulting services at no cost. We get paid from the over 300 providers that we represent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We find out what the customer needs and put together several quotes for them to choose from. We can also set up calls with our engineers to help put together a customized technology plan.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My team has over 30 years in the telecom and IT space. We also have access to some of the best technical engineers, Cyber security experts, and suppliers in the world.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with residential customers and then branched out to work with small, medium, and enterprise business customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every type. From small startup businesses to large global enterprise customers. We have worked with most verticals including manufacturing, medical, local and federal government, restaurants, construction, retail, transportation, non-profits, and many more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I worked with a construction company that needed connectivity at a large school building project. We first tried to get them cable broadband service, then LTE, and we ended up getting them managed StarLink service and they were extremely happy with the performance and how quickly we were able to deploy the internet.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the are carrier agnostic and have access to all the major Internet, Phone, TV, Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, and Physical Security providers. Also, make sure they are not just tied to one option.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of services do you need, and how many devices will be connecting, do you have a redundancy plan, do you have a plan to protect your business from cyber-attacks? Is your data and applications backed up?
