What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer both flat fee and retainer fee agreements. We do offer payment plans that are tailored to your specific circumstances. Each client is unique and under different financial constraints, so we try to work on a fee structure that works for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will attempt to schedule a free initial consultation to meet and discuss your case. Together we will discuss varying options and strategies to move your case forward. Typically, at the end of the first consultation, we will provide a "questionnaire" for you to complete and provide additional information / documents pertinent to your case that will allow our attorneys to offer additional advice and advocate on your behalf.

The attorneys are licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The Peterson Law Firm's goal is to help people. We focus on individuals and real issues in people's lives and attempt to help them navigate to a solution and a way to a path that is optimal for them. Given this, I have focused my practice in assisting individuals through family law matters and getting a fresh start through bankruptcy.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our customers come from all walks of life: higher income, lower income, blended families, complex family dynamics and other circumstances. We have found that people all have problems, but each person's life is unique. Given this, we want to focus on the individual and how we can help you in your case and matter.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I highly recommend that potential customers/clients look at reviews on Thumbtack, AVVO and the Google reviews. The other consumers understand the service they received and will leave the appropriate reviews identifying if that is the firm for them. Also, it is important that you take a chance to talk with the potential firm to make sure you are comfortable with the attorney.

What have their past clients said about this law firm / attorney? Has the attorney handled cases similar to mine in the past? What does the attorney recommend I do throughout the case? What is the time frame that I can expect my case to be completed?
