unfold fold
We understand that every legal case is unique, and pricing can vary depending on the specific details and complexities involved. That's why we offer free consultations to discuss your case in detail and provide you with an accurate quote tailored to your individual needs. During your free consultation, we'll take the time to understand the details of your case, answer any questions you may have, and provide you with a clear understanding of our services and associated costs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start by carefully reviewing all charges and potential defenses. We take the time to understand our client’s unique situation, including what’s at stake for them, and walk them through each step of the process. Our goal is to prioritize open communication and advocate the best possible outcome for our clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I fell in love with criminal defense litigation from my first job at a defense firm, witnessing the profound impact on people's lives. I thrive on complex challenges, collaborating with law enforcement and prosecutors across counties, and making a real difference for my clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We help people who are accused of crimes. We handle a range of cases such as DUIs, domestic violence, and theft to serious felonies such as murder, robbery, and rape. With 15 years of experience, we've successfully defended clients across the spectrum, ensuring dismissals even in complex cases like white-collar crimes and child pornography cases. We provide free consultations to discuss case details and pricing without obligation.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
July 31, 2024 - Two cases dismissed today in North Justice Center in the city of Fullerton. One, a misdemeanor domestic violence case, where my client was innocent. We secured security camera footage that became pivotal in proving their innocence, ultimately leading to a full dismissal of charges. This was a six-month journey, but seeing our client walk free made every step worth it. Another memorable win was a felony theft case that, through extensive negotiations with the judge and prosecutor, resulted in a path to dismissal after the client completes community service. Avoiding a conviction brought huge relief to my client, and knowing I could help them turn the page without a record was incredibly rewarding. My client is thrilled!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I made a video about how to choose the right attorney! #1. Ask your network for recommendations— firsthand referrals are extremely powerful. Take advantage of free consultations to interview potential attorneys and find the right fit. #2. Ask about the attorney’s experience. How long have they practiced criminal defense? Have they handled cases like yours? Familiarity with the court where your case will be heard is important. #3. Ensure your communication styles are compatible. Clarify how often the attorney will correspond with you so you don’t feel left in the dark. Understand who your primary point of contact will be, as some law firms delegate initial communication to a paralegal.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
When it comes to criminal cases, your very life can be on the line. You need an attorney who is not only highly experienced in criminal defense litigation, but in particular has experience with your type of case and the court in which your case will be heard. Choose an attorney who has experience fighting these types of charges, and definitely ask about their standards for communicating with clients! One of the most common complaints I hear about other attorneys is poor communication with clients, so please make sure you're comfortable that your attorney is going to keep you updated on your case and answer your questions.
