What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer flat fees for custom contracts and fractional general counsel work for a monthly retainer. Otherwise, my work is at my hourly rate of $350/hour.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Very quick and simple. I like to hop on a call to understand what my clients need, then after I get the requisite information I need from them I handle their work and send it to them via email. I'm also around via phone if they have any questions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a graduate of Harvard Law School and prior to opening up my own shop I worked at Wilson Sonsini, one of the nation's top law firms in corporate and securities law. I worked as a general corporate attorney there, helping startups, mid-size companies, and public companies with their corporate work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been a corporate lawyer since graduating law school, but launched my own firm about a year ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with small businesses, individuals, content creators, social media influencers, and startup companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped a client negotiate a brand deal in social media and got them excellent terms. It only took a few hours total in negotiating/marking up the agreement.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you get someone who is reasonably priced and well qualified.

How much am I willing to spend on this? What exactly do I need? Do I trust this lawyer?
